Eligibility: Passed with 50% marks in 10th from Plus Two onwards, ITI in relevant trade. (NCVT/SCVT)
Age: 15-24 years.
The upper age limit for SC and ST candidates is extended. O.B.C. Category candidates with five years of service gain a three-year relaxation. Ex-servicemen are exempt from age restrictions. The age for pension eligibility will be determined based on the last date of receipt of the Lataya application.

There is no fee for women, differently-abled, SC, ST and caste members. Others have to pay Rs.100 online.10th Class, ITI. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks.
